The song in the first place was written to be sung by Jessie J, but she felt that the song wasn't quite her vibe, and sent it to Cyrus.
The song then went on to receive overwhelmingly positive feedback, peaking at the number two spot on the famed BillboardHot 100. Also every time the song comes on anywhere, people absolutely go bonkers and want to dance and yell about the USA.

Miley insists that her condition isn’t serious, but fans will always be worried when their favorite celeb opens up about a heart issue.
